Getting started
- Start with clean, dry skin, without lotions or oils
- Sit or stand 6–12 inches from the area you're focusing on
- Begin farther away and for less time, then build up as you get used to it
Typical session
- 10–20 minutes per area
- No more than 2–3 areas per day
- 3–5 times a week is the manufacturer's suggested routine
Check with your clinician first if you
- Take light-sensitizing medications, such as tretinoin, tetracycline or digoxin
- Have hyperpigmentation concerns (the manufacturer suggests red only on those areas)
- Are planning to use it with a child
The light is very bright. Wear the included glasses or close your eyes during sessions.

Complimentary tracked, insured shipping within the contiguous U.S. The panel ships directly from Ice Dragon's U.S. warehouse by FedEx, in one box. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. The carrier may call to arrange a signature. We can't ship to P.O. boxes.
Returns
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Red light devices must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Please report damage within 10 days of delivery, with photos. Full return policy
Warranty
A 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covers manufacturing faults, including electrical failure. It excludes accidental damage, wear and tear, and improper use.

Questions, answered
How is this different from the Ice Dragon panel?
They're about the same size. The Pro spreads 216 LEDs across eight wavelengths and adds a touchscreen and remote. The standard panel has 300 LEDs with two wavelengths (660 and 850 nm) and button controls.
Is this a full-body panel?
It's sized for one area at a time, such as the face, chest, back or legs. For head-to-legs coverage in a single session, the RH3600 or SL5000 is a better fit.
How far should I sit from the panel?
The manufacturer suggests 6–12 inches. Start farther away and for shorter sessions, then move closer as you get used to it.
How long is a session?
The manufacturer's guidance is 10–20 minutes per area, up to 2–3 areas a day, 3–5 times a week. The timer goes up to 30 minutes.
How do I hang it?
Hanging cables are included. Loop them over a sturdy door top or a wall hook rated for the panel's 18.7 lb weight. It can also stand upright on the floor.
Is eye protection included?
Yes. A pair of protective glasses comes in the box.
Why do some LEDs look dim?
Those are near-infrared LEDs. The eye can't see 810–1060 nm light, so they can look dim or off while they're working.
What kind of outlet does it need?
A standard grounded household outlet. The panel accepts 110–240 V and uses 360 W, about 3 A on a 120 V circuit.
Can I add a second panel later?
Linking screws are included for joining panels, but the manufacturer doesn't say whether panels sync settings. Chat with us before planning a multi-panel setup.
What if it arrives damaged?
