Shipping policy

1. Introduction

At Heaven Life Wellness, we aim to provide a clear and consistent shipping experience. This Shipping Policy explains how we ship orders placed on heavenlifewellness.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by TW ECOMM SOLUTIONS LLC ("we", "our", or "us").

We are a U.S.-based online retailer. Orders are fulfilled from authorized U.S.-based warehouses and shipped directly to the delivery address you provide at checkout. Shipping and delivery estimates may vary by product, size, and carrier method (parcel vs. freight).

  • Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM Eastern Time (orders placed after cutoff begin processing the next business day)
  • Handling time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Transit time: 2 to 7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Total delivery estimate: 3 to 9 business days (handling + transit, for most orders)
  • Coverage: All products unless a product page states otherwise

2. Shipping Destinations

Contiguous United States (48 States Only)

  • We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (48 states).
  • We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses where the carrier cannot complete delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Orders $100 USD and over (before taxes): Free Economy Shipping
  • Orders under $100 USD (before taxes): $60 USD flat-rate Economy Shipping

All applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment. Taxes may apply and will be shown at checkout where required by law.

4. Order Cutoff, Handling, and Delivery Time

Order Cutoff Time

The daily order cutoff time is 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time, or on a weekend/holiday, begin processing on the next business day.

Handling Time

Handling time is 1 to 2 business days. Handling includes order review, processing, and preparation for shipment. Handling occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Transit Time

Transit time is typically 2 to 7 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier method. Transit occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Total Delivery Estimate

For most orders, the total delivery estimate is 3 to 9 business days (handling + transit). Certain products may require additional time due to size, freight requirements, or carrier scheduling. If a product has a different delivery estimate, the product page (and/or your order confirmation) will reflect that estimate, which will govern for that item.

5. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Orders ship via reputable national carriers and freight providers as appropriate. We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, LTL freight carriers, or similar services based on destination, package size, and product requirements.

Shipment Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order ships. Freight deliveries may provide appointment windows and tracking updates that differ from standard parcel shipments.

Delivery Appointments (Freight)

For oversized or freight-shipped items, the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. You are responsible for ensuring you can receive the delivery and for providing accurate contact details at checkout. Missed appointments or re-delivery attempts may result in additional carrier fees.

6. Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive an email with available tracking details. If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable time after shipment, please contact us using the information in Section 11.

7. Delivery Issues

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your delivery appears delayed beyond the stated estimate, please contact us at info@heavenlifewellness.com or call 1-207-436-8381. We will assist with a carrier trace or next steps as appropriate.

Marked Delivered but Not Received

  • Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.
  • Contact us so we can initiate a trace with the carrier where applicable.

Damaged Deliveries

  • Photograph the packaging and the item(s) immediately upon receipt.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@heavenlifewellness.com.

We will review the information and provide a resolution consistent with our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Missing Items

If something is missing from your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and the missing item details. We will investigate and, where appropriate, send the missing item or provide another resolution.

9. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for information on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

10. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to an address issue or failed delivery attempt, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping or carrier fees may apply.
