Red (630 / 660 nm) and near-infrared (810–940 nm) have separate dimmer and pulse controls. On the 7-wavelength version, blue (480 nm) can be turned off without affecting the others.

Getting started
- Stand or sit 6–24 inches from the panel with skin exposed
- Wear the protective eyewear during every session
- New users: start below 60% brightness for about 10 minutes, every other day, for the first 1–2 weeks
Typical session
- Red and near-infrared together, 50–80% brightness
- 10–30 minutes per area, no more than 30 minutes in one session
- Up to once daily for the same area; pulse at 0 Hz unless a professional advises otherwise
Check with your clinician first if you
- Are pregnant, or have epilepsy, lupus or a malignant tumor
- Have photosensitivity or take medications that increase light sensitivity

Complimentary economy shipping on orders $100+ within the contiguous U.S. Orders placed by 2 PM ET begin processing in 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–9 business days in total. We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Returns
Request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging. Please report damage within 48 hours of delivery. Approved non-defective returns have a 25% restocking fee, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Full return policy
Warranty
A 3-year limited manufacturer warranty begins on the date of shipment. It covers repair or replacement of components that fail in normal use. It excludes misuse, accidental damage and unauthorized modifications.

Questions, answered
Do I need the stand?
No. Every panel comes with a wall/door hanging kit. If you prefer a freestanding setup, add the adjustable floor stand or the motorized stand. The motorized stand adds hands-free height adjustment and lets you use the panel horizontally, for example above a bed or table.
What kind of outlet does it need?
A standard household outlet. The panel accepts 100–240 V and uses 1,310 W, which is about 10.9 A on a 120 V circuit.
How far should I stand from the panel?
The manufacturer recommends 6–24 inches. Closer distances deliver higher irradiance to a smaller area. Farther distances cover a wider area at lower intensity.
How long is a session?
The manufacturer's guidance is 10–30 minutes per area, and no more than 30 minutes per session. New users should start with about 10 minutes at under 60% brightness. See Setup & use above for details.
Is eye protection needed?
Yes. Protective goggles are included with every panel, and the manufacturer recommends wearing them during every session.
Which frame colors are available?
Black or white, in both the 5- and 7-wavelength versions, at the same price. Choose your color above.
Does it get hot or make noise?
Twelve fans manage heat, and they are audible while the panel runs. The manufacturer rates sound at 52 dB at 15 cm (6 in). Keep the rear vents clear.
Should I choose 5 or 7 wavelengths?
Both versions have 960 LEDs and the same size, frame colors, controls and warranty. The 7-wavelength version adds blue (480 nm) and deeper near-infrared (940 nm). Blue can be switched off on its own. If you only want red and near-infrared, the 5-wavelength version covers it.
Can I add a second panel later?
Yes. Panels can be synchronized wirelessly so they run with the same settings.
How is it delivered?
Shipped by carrier to your door, with complimentary shipping in the contiguous U.S. If you add a stand, it arrives as a second box, often a few hours apart.
