Setup
- Lay the blanket on a clean, dry surface indoors
- Connect the controller and plug into a grounded outlet
- Don't fold active LED zones tightly while it's running
Each session
- Choose a mode and power level, then set the timer
- Start at a lower power level and shorter time
- Follow the session guidance in the included user manual
Check with your clinician first if you
- Take light-sensitizing medications, such as tretinoin, tetracycline or digoxin
- Are planning to use it with a child
Wear the included goggles if your eyes are sensitive to light, and don't stare directly at the LEDs.
Care
- Disconnect power before cleaning
- Wipe with a soft, dry or lightly damp microfiber cloth
- Don't machine wash, submerge or soak the blanket or controller
- Store folded in a cool, dry place, and check the power connections from time to time

Complimentary tracked, insured shipping within the contiguous U.S. The blanket ships directly from Ice Dragon's U.S. warehouse by FedEx, in one box. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. The carrier may call to arrange a signature. We can't ship to P.O. boxes.
Returns
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Red light devices must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Please report damage within 10 days of delivery, with photos. Full return policy
Warranty
A 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covers manufacturing faults, including electrical failure. It excludes accidental damage, wear and tear, and improper use.

Questions, answered
Do I get inside it, or lie on it?
Either. It's open-ended, so you can recline inside it for front and back coverage, or open it flat and lie on it like a mat.
Can two people use it?
Opened flat, it's 71 × 33 inches, which the manufacturer says can be shared. Wrapped, it's sized for one person.
How long is a session?
The controller's timer runs from 10 to 90 minutes and turns off automatically. Follow the included user manual, and start with a lower power level and a shorter time.
What do the pulse modes do?
They flash the light at 10 or 40 times per second instead of shining steadily. Both use the same 660 and 850 nm light as constant mode.
Can I use it on my face?
The manufacturer recommends the included face mask for facial sessions, rather than holding your face against the blanket for long periods.
Do I need eye protection?
Goggles are included. Wear them if your eyes are sensitive to light, and don't stare directly at the LEDs.
Can I wash it?
No. Wipe it with a soft, lightly damp cloth after disconnecting the power. Don't machine wash or submerge it.
What kind of outlet does it need?
A standard grounded 110 V household outlet.
