What's the difference between the Mat Pro and the Bag Pro?
Both use the same six wavelengths at 140 mW/cm². The Mat Pro lies flat with 3,840 LEDs. The Bag Pro wraps around you with 7,560 LEDs, so light reaches your front and back at once.
How is the Compact Mat different?
It's smaller (47.2 × 15.7 in), uses two wavelengths (660 and 850 nm), runs on a rechargeable battery and adds vibration massage. It's made for your back, legs or a seat rather than full-body sessions.
What does 1064 nm add?
It's a longer near-infrared wavelength than most mats offer. The Mat Pro and Bag Pro include it alongside 630, 660, 810, 830 and 880 nm.
Can I do yoga or stretch on the Mat Pro?
Yes. The flat Mat Pro is made for lying, sitting or stretching on the light.
How long does the Compact Mat's battery last?
