Two ways to use it: flat or wrapped
The Bag wraps around you
7,560 LEDs line both the top and bottom, so light reaches the front and back of your body at once. The foot end is open for taller users.
Same light, same controls

- Keep it unfolded while it's running
Each session
- Choose a mode, then start at intensity Level 1
- Move up gradually as you get used to the light and warmth
- Follow the session guidance in the included user manual
Check with your clinician first if you
- Take light-sensitizing medications
- Have broken or irritated skin in the area
Don't stare directly at the LEDs, and protect your eyes if they're sensitive to light.

Complimentary shipping within the contiguous U.S. Your order ships directly from Megelin, and U.S. delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories aren't eligible for complimentary shipping.
Returns
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Red light devices must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Please report damage within 10 days of delivery, with photos. Full return policy

What's the difference between the Mat and the Bag?
Both are 71 × 32 inches with the same 660 and 850 nm light, modes and intensity levels. The Mat lies flat, has 3,840 LEDs and weighs 10 lb. The Bag wraps around you, has 7,560 LEDs and weighs 20 lb.
Will the Bag fit a taller or larger person?
Megelin designed the foot end to be open, so taller users can extend their feet out. The bag is just over a foot high when closed, so it wraps around a range of body sizes.
Can I do yoga or stretch on the Mat?
Yes. The flat Mat is made for lying, sitting or stretching on the light.
What do the pulse modes do?
They flash the light 10 or 40 times per second instead of shining steadily. All three modes use the same 660 and 850 nm light.
Which intensity level should I start with?
Megelin recommends starting at Level 1 and moving up gradually. Higher levels deliver more light and more warmth.
How do I make it last?
Don't fold it 180° with force or place heavy objects on it, as either can damage the internal circuit board. Store it in a cool, dry place.
