An insulated, drop-stitch inflatable tub with room to stretch out, a locking cover and a carry bag for easy storage. Use it with ice, or add a Wi-Fi chiller to hold your water anywhere from 37°F to 85°F.
Overview

Unfold it on the included mat and inflate it with the hand pump. The drop-stitch PVC walls are insulated to help hold your water temperature.

At 52 by 32 inches, the oval lets you extend your legs and lean back, with 28 inches of depth to immerse to the shoulders.

A custom cover with a combination lock keeps the water clean between sessions. When you're done, drain it, deflate it and pack it into the carry bag.
Options
Choose a version in the buy box above. Every chiller comes from Dynamic Cold Therapy, cools and heats, and plugs into a standard 120 V outlet. Any of them is more than enough for this tub's water volume.

The tub, mat, cover and hand pump, with no chiller. You fill it with cold water and ice, and change the water every 3 days.

Holds your water anywhere from 37°F to 85°F, with Wi-Fi app control, scheduling, built-in ozone and two-stage filtration.

The same features with more cooling power, for faster cooldowns or a warm room or climate.

Dynamic Cold Therapy's Premier Edition, built for plunging several times a day or running continuously. It adds adjustable ozone cycles and a flow-rate display.
Optional accessories, chosen in the buy box: a 4-pack of replacement 20-micron filters for the chiller, and a pair of 9 ft neoprene hose covers that insulate the water lines and help manage condensation.

Using & care
Cold water is a strong stressor for the heart and lungs. If you have heart disease, an arrhythmia, high or low blood pressure, circulation problems, diabetes or another medical condition, take medication, or are pregnant, check with your clinician first. Never plunge alone or after alcohol, and get out right away if you feel weak, dizzy or unable to control your hands and limbs. Your core temperature can keep dropping after you get out, so warm up gradually. Children should only use it with close adult supervision.
Research
A 2025 review of 11 studies with more than 3,000 participants found cold-water immersion may lower stress, improve sleep quality and support quality of life, with some effects changing over time. Read the review
Immersion in cold water triggers a measurable rise in noradrenaline, a hormone involved in alertness and focus. Read the study

Recovery isn't the same as adaptation. Cold exposure right after strength training may blunt some of the muscle-building response, so if muscle growth is your goal, schedule cold sessions apart from lifting. Read the study

FAQ
Not to start. Without one, you fill the tub with cold water and ice and change the water every 3 days. A chiller holds your chosen temperature, from 37°F to 85°F, and filters and sanitizes the water as it runs.
Any of the three easily covers this tub's water volume. The 0.8 HP suits everyday home use. The 1.0 HP cools faster, which helps in a warm room or climate. The Premier is built for plunging several times a day or running continuously, and adds adjustable ozone cycles and a flow-rate display.
Use only the included hand pump, and pump to 6–8 psi on the gauge. The normal working pressure is 7 psi. Never go above 9 psi, and never use an electric or high-pressure pump, since overinflating can damage the seams.
A repair kit is included. Drain and deflate the tub, clean the area with alcohol, glue on a patch and let it dry for 24 hours before refilling.
Yes, on a smooth, level surface with the included floor mat underneath. Choose shade or cover, since long sun exposure shortens the life of the tub. The chiller is rated for indoor or covered outdoor use, and the tub shouldn't be stored below freezing.
The water alone weighs about 710–750 lb at full capacity, before anyone gets in. The manual suggests filling to about 70%. On a deck or upper floor, have a builder or engineer confirm the load.
Yes. Drain it fully, dry it, deflate it and pack it into the included carry bag.
