Simple to run
An automatic pneumatic system manages pressure for you. Oxygen from the included concentrator is delivered by mask, and a wireless two-way intercom connects you with the person outside.

Every CY7 is built to order, so the exterior shell and interior upholstery can be made in colors from standard RAL or Pantone charts. You choose your colors after you order, and we confirm them with you before production begins.

Choose 1.5 ATA or 2.0 ATA
ATA means atmospheres absolute. Sea level is 1.0 ATA. Both versions seat two and share the same interior features. They differ in pressure, door, size, weight and oxygen flow.

- Measure doorways, hallways and turns on the way to the room. The chamber body is 63.0 in wide at 2.0 ATA and 70.9 in wide at 1.5 ATA, so plan the delivery route with your contractor.
- Place it indoors on a flat, level surface.
- Ask your contractor to confirm the floor can carry the weight. At up to 3,086 lb plus two occupants, a ground-floor or slab location is usually simplest.
- Plan a location for the air conditioner's outdoor component and an outlet for the concentrator and air conditioner.

Safety & use
Before your first session
From OxyCheny's operating guidelines. This is general product guidance, not medical advice. Hyperbaric sessions aren't right for everyone, so check with your clinician before you begin.
Before you enter
- No phones, tablets, batteries or other electronics
- No lighters, matches, perfumes or other flammable items
- No sharp objects. Wear 100% cotton clothing.
During a session
- You may feel pressure in your ears during the first 10–15 minutes. Swallow or yawn to equalize.
- The system holds a steady pressure automatically
- At the end, it depressurizes slowly before the door opens. Never force the handle.
Care
- Daily: wipe the interior with a non-alcohol disinfectant and check the door seal
- Weekly: check the concentrator filters and clean the air intake
- Monthly: check the tubing and pressure relief valves. Replace the HEPA filters every 500 hours.
Pressure and oxygen can cause ear or sinus discomfort and other effects, and oxygen raises fire risk. Read the FDA's guidance on the safe use of hyperbaric devices.

Most published trials used 2.0 ATA with 100% oxygen across 40–60 supervised sessions. Home chambers and protocols differ, so these findings don't automatically apply to home use.

Delivery
Each chamber is built to order. Production takes about 45 days, and sea freight takes about 45 more, so plan on roughly three months from order to delivery. Door-to-door delivery with customs and duties is complimentary within the contiguous U.S. Some remote addresses may need to collect from a nearby warehouse. We confirm your delivery details when you order.
Returns
Request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging. Please report damage within 48 hours of delivery. Approved non-defective returns have a 25% restocking fee, and return freight is the customer's responsibility. Full return policy
Warranty
A 2-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date covers free replacement of faulty parts. Service is provided through video diagnostics and parts shipped by express courier. Online technical support continues for life, with parts at cost after the warranty ends.

Should I choose 1.5 ATA or 2.0 ATA?
Both seat two with the same interior features. The 2.0 ATA version reaches higher pressure, has a steel door and a 15 L/min concentrator, and is more compact but heavier. OxyCheny builds U.S. orders for standard 110 V / 60 Hz household power. For the 1.5 ATA system, the concentrator and air conditioner draw about 1,510 W together, roughly 12.6 A at 120 V. The 2.0 ATA system's draw is confirmed when you order. Consider having an electrician confirm the circuit.
Is oxygen included?
Yes. An oxygen concentrator is included, 10 L/min with the 1.5 ATA chamber and 15 L/min with the 2.0 ATA chamber, so there are no oxygen tanks to buy. Oxygen is delivered by mask while the chamber is pressurized with air.
Will it fit in my home?

Is it loud?
The compressor makes a steady hum while it pressurizes, which is normal for hyperbaric systems. A low-noise exhaust valve keeps the session itself quiet. OxyCheny doesn't publish a decibel rating.
How long does delivery take?
About three months: roughly 45 days to build your chamber and about 45 days by sea. Delivery is door-to-door, with customs and duties handled for you.
