Hyperbaric sessions, without a permanent footprint

At about 55 lb, the TPU chamber folds down, so you can move it, store it or set it up in a multipurpose room. An internal metal frame helps it keep its shape.

Before your first session
From OxyCheny's operating guidelines. This is general product guidance, not medical advice. Hyperbaric sessions aren't right for everyone, so check with your clinician before you begin.
Before you enter
- No phones, tablets, batteries or other electronics
- No lighters, matches, perfumes or other flammable items
- No sharp objects. Wear 100% cotton clothing.
During a session
- You may feel pressure in your ears during the first 10–15 minutes. Swallow or yawn to equalize.
- The system holds a steady pressure automatically
- At the end, it depressurizes slowly before you open the zippers. Never open the zippers while the chamber is pressurized.
Care
- Daily: wipe the interior with a non-alcohol disinfectant and check the zippers and seals
- Weekly: check the concentrator filters and clean the air intake
- Monthly: check the tubing and pressure relief valves.
Pressure and oxygen can cause ear or sinus discomfort and other effects, and oxygen raises fire risk. Read the FDA's guidance on the safe use of hyperbaric devices.

Most published trials used 2.0 ATA with 100% oxygen across 40–60 supervised sessions. Home chambers and protocols differ, so these findings don't automatically apply to home use.
Staying sharp with age
A randomized trial in adults over 64 reported improvements in attention and processing speed after a 60-session course. Read the study

Delivery
Each chamber is built to order. Production takes about 20 days, and sea freight takes about 45 more, so plan on roughly two months from order to delivery. Door-to-door delivery with customs and duties is complimentary within the contiguous U.S. Ask us about faster air freight (about 12–20 days). We confirm your delivery details when you order.
Returns
Request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging. Please report damage within 48 hours of delivery. Approved non-defective returns have a 25% restocking fee, and return freight is the customer's responsibility. Full return policy

How is the CY8 different from the CY8B and CY8A?

Is it easy to set up and move?

Does it work with a standard U.S. outlet?
The concentrator is available in 110 V / 60 Hz. Together, the concentrator and air cooler draw about 1,100 W, roughly 9.2 A at 120 V. Consider having an electrician confirm the circuit.
Is oxygen included?
Yes. An oxygen concentrator of 10 L/min or more is included, so there are no oxygen tanks to buy. Oxygen is delivered by mask while the chamber is pressurized with air.
Will I feel closed in?
