The Golden Designs Loviisa is designed for outdoor installation on a level, solid surface such as a concrete pad or reinforced deck. Due to the high-performance 8.0 kW stove and infrared array, this unit requires a 240V / 40 AMP dedicated circuit. For safety and warranty compliance, installation must be performed by a certified electrician. The sauna ships in multiple heavy-duty crates; assembly typically requires two to three adults and basic hand tools.
Suggested Usage
For a traditional steam session, preheat the stove to 170°F–190°F and use the ladle to pour water over the volcanic stones to control humidity. For an infrared session, set the temperature between 118°F–140°F based on your preferred comfort level and routine. Enjoy the Galaxy Star lighting to create a calm sauna atmosphere. Always stay hydrated before and after every session.
